1 tblspoon peanut butter
1 large cup of coffee, two sugars, four creams
1 Luna bar
1 small salad (1/2 oz dressing, no croutons or cheese)
2 doughnuts and 2 fun size resse's, oops
Lots of unsweet tea and water
My physical activity was running errands and work, haha. Then sweet lovin with my baby. 7 hours of stretching and high cardiac exercise for sure! ;)
Today, day three, I weigh 121. Food consisted of:
1 bite of yogurt
~3 glasses of grape/cranberry juice
small cup of mixed citrus fruit salad
small portion of lasagna
a few bites of fresco burrito
Physical activity didnt consist of much. Felt pretty sick today
