So far, not really any physical activity. My day started a little stressful and I'm running around trying to get things done. About to carry two loads of laundry down two flights, and when I'm finished washing, I'll be carrying them back up.
My back is a little achey today. Lumbar area, of course, right where the scoliosis is the worse. Due to my poor back condition, I've decided to focus on front bending and do less work on back bending. That way, I dont over work my weak area but still keep it flexed and in shape. I also should go to the doctor to discuss my new health plan. Just havent called yet.
I've only had a few sips of ensure and a glass of cranberry/concord grape juice. I love Welch's :)

I finished my ensure drink. Drank another glass of juice, yum. Had 7 low fat triscuits with garlic hummus (~2 tblspns) and 1 luna bar. Now I'm slurping down some water. I tried Crystal light yesterday. Gross. I'll stick with water with lemon. Yum, lol.
